Dr. Racca graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. He began practicing Chiropractic in Jacksonville, Arkansas, for a number of years before relocating to Iowa, LA. He has been living and practicing in the town of Iowa since 1993. He is married to Margo Holden Racca, who served on the city council for 5 years and as the Mayor of Iowa for 5 years. They belong to the Iowa Garden Club and the Lions Club. They have four children, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. |
